President & Founder
Shonda Talley is a seasoned executive and technology leader with decades of experience serving at high levels across both the government and private sectors. As President and Founder of CyberMe and CEO of Secure Technologies, LLC, she is passionate about creating opportunities for others through technology, workforce development, and community empowerment. Shonda also serves as a real estate professional in Georgia and Maryland, bringing her commitment to service, leadership, and economic growth to every aspect of her work.
